My Thought's (Lisseth):
The first thing that caught my attention about this book was the cover, it fascinated me and i wanted to learn more about this book. After reading the summary my interest was definitely peeked. Zodiac signs as people...um COOL! plus impossible love, sign me up! ^_^
Unfortunately this wasn't as AWESOME as i was anticipating. It was a good read and i enjoyed parts of the book a lot. Let's start with what I liked.
I LOVED that there were multiple POV's but there was also this omniscient POV that kinda suddenly takes over the story. (Which i didn't mind at all) I really liked how we got to see some of the stories of the other zodiac keepers/signs. I also liked that we get inside Syrie's head. Also that opening to the book was definitely catching.
The Story and the characters also made me like this book quite a lot. I didn't love Syrie as much as i wanted to. (Though he is FUNNY) ONLY because this book had one of my pet peeves...INSTA-LOVE. I mean i don't mind it if it's done right.
Only that here it through me off that Syrie fell for Simone (one of the twins) fast like...
BAM! I mean they work as a couple and they had there moments but that initial LOVE did through me off for a bit. Though they grew on me. It's just that they fell hard for each other.
Overall, this was a good read and I enjoyed it well enough. It has a unique story and the writing is definitely interesting! SO, 3.5/5 STACKS of BOOKS!

  2. Thanks for being a part of the book tour. I've never followed one before, so it's been a lot of fun getting to see opinions from so many people.
I enjoyed the way this book was written and didn't mind the "INSTA-LOVE" at all. Much of the story would not have made sense to me w/ out the initial love offering. It's going to be interesting to see how Sharon ties things up in the next book. I'm very much looking forward to following this young author on her journey of {talking story" to the world!
