Thank you for the amazing giveaway.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I'd probably pick Into the Still Blue. I'm form the US, and yeah, a cover definitely counts. I mean, if a book has a nice cover, I assume the publishing team has put a lot of effort into it, so it's probably a bit better.

They used to have a lot of bearing on if I picked a book up or not. But I made the decision to stop letting bad covers decide for me, and I have read some seriously great books because of that decision. Still, I love a pretty or creepy or just plain fantastic cover!

  105. i think i would go with her dark curiosity because i loved the first book in the series. and i am a total cover junkie.

  106. I'm from the US and would love to win Cruel Beauty. When looking at books it is usually the author, cover, or title that first captures my attention. One or all of these is what gets me to read the blurb before deciding if I want to read the book. Thanks for being part of the this awes Hop!

  107. I would love to win Uninvited. I am from the USA, Maryland to be specific. Covers do play a large roll in the books I pick to read. I am definitely a visual person. But the cover only goes so far. If I read the back of the book and it doesn't sound like something I would like, then I don't get it.

  108. I would have a hard time choosing between Evertrue, Cruel Beauty, and The Promise of Amazing. :) I am from Michigan, and I judge books by their covers always. Thanks for the giveaway! :)

I'm from Estonia. And when looking for new books I might like, yes, the cover is quite important. I won't turn away from a good book with a bad cover, but for the book to get my attention in the first place, the cover plays an important role.

  135. Evertrue or Infinite! :-) Book covers are important but they have to be related to the book or then I feel like it detracts from the book. I live in the Midwest.

    ReplyDelete
  136. I would like to win either Evertrue by, Brodi Ashton or All That Glows by, Ryan Graudin. I live in the USA. Sometimes the cover is what draws me to a book but it is not the only factor that determines if I read the book.

    We're from Barcelona, Spain.
And the cover draws a lot of attention to the reader, so we think that its a major factor while deciding to read/buy a book.

  144. I would LOVE Infinite! I'm in Canada and I would totally be lying if I said covers don't count. I know that it shouldn't because it is what is in the inside but it's the pretty outsides that catch my attention <3

  145. I would pick into the still blue. And as much as it pains me to admit it, yes covers do affect my decision to read a book. O.O I mean, of course the description is first and foremost. but the covers help push it over the edge.

    ReplyDelete
  146. I would choose Her Dark Curiosity. From the USA. Usually the covers draw me in to look more closely at a book, but the most important factor is the description.

    ReplyDelete
  147. I want to read Cruel Beauty. I'm in the US. Sometimes I pick a book up just for the cover, but it has to sound like a good read from the blurb before I purchase it.
